      Ventajas

      Good benefits. While the salaries do not keep up with other BC universities, the cost of living is not as much in Kamloops compared to the Lower Mainland. Also, with each round of collective bargaining, the salaries are improving.

      Desventajas

      TRU is a young institution and is experiencing some growing pains. It can be challenging.
