Ventajas
The company has expanded a lot in the last few years. There is a great atmosphere in the office. The people are sociable and like each other. As the company is small, change happens quickly. If something is not working, its solved. The teams got a new structure in 2020 and it works so much better. There is more involvement of overseas teams now with a big company approach, not just working locally. The company and management seems to really care about you.
Desventajas
Some staff turnover in Pune a while ago but it has been built again with the new structure. New teams and lots of great new colleagues to work with. With a smaller company not a huge corporate firm you are given lots of responsibility but this is also a pro if you want to learn and progress.
