Excellent nurses and patient care techs full of compassion and kindness , I love working here , positive nurturing environment that provides excellent individual care to people in recovery . Wonderful therapists , doctors and management . This place runs smoothly and provides a safe environment for both staff and patients

Benefits somewhat lack compared to other places

High patient census Staff meetings

Low pay No opportunity for advancement/raises Unreliable staff Unreliable management HR issues HR left then replacement left leaving staff no where to turn too Wouldn’t hire new staff New management & upper staff unreliable & inconsistent Many people quitting The list goes on Multiple times everyone thought they would shut down
