      Ventajas

      Genuinely a compassionate company that cares about its employees. Growing company with lots of future growth opportunities. Low turn over, over the last few years. Benefits available including health, dental, IRA match, and STD/LTD.

      Desventajas

      - Pay is to be desired: It's a smaller company, that is growing, located in Seattle. Pay will be understandably a little less than at fortune 500 companies. However, they have never done a cost of living raise since I have been with the company, and merit raises are few and far between. - Working from home full time is only available to a couple of employees. - IRA match is only 3%, when pay is on the lower side, this doesn't amount to much.
