Desventajas
Workload is not fairly distributed even among newcomers. The system seems to be inefficient and they are not transparent with how they operate. The team in charge of the scheduling of classes also have to print extra worksheets which often results in errors e.g. printing wrong materials / amounts / format, maybe they just couldn't handle having so much to do. Ironically, this is also the same team who has a say in your performance bonus. If you are enticed with the 2-year milestone award, do take note that they will prorate if you have worked between 1.5 - 2 years so you might receive less even though you intend to stay for the full 2 years. People here are generally nice, however the freeloader issue will eventually get to you e.g. people who take last minute mc. They wouldn't fire these people afterall, the retention rates are already low here. But if you don't mind being a public good to be used across all centres, then please feel free to join! We need more people at the bottom
