Realistically that growth is dependant on how well you know main office managers. I had an issue after leaving where I was owing HMRC £600 because they hadn’t reported my previous employer. I was never asked for a P45 and Payroll said after 2nd week pay as they didnt get anything it’s not their problem! I never got a new starter form given so there was no correct company structure
