Racist General Manager at the Tysons Corner Store: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Project Specialist en The Container Store

The General Manager is an old racist white woman. I worked at TCS part time to help pay for my son's college expenses. I have over 20+ years experience working in the IT industry. When I first got into the IT field and started to work in the corporate world back in 2001, I worked with a lot of older white people, meaning the Baby Boomer generation. Most of the senior management roles were filled by baby boomers. They had a reputation for not having any filter(saying anything they want) and being racists. The baby boomer generation lived through the segregation era and some of them still have the same beliefs. The general manager at the Tysons Corner store , an older white lady from the baby boomer generation is no exception. We were discussing my "sales goals numbers," the way she spoke to me, the way she blew up, her delivery, her tone, she was talking to me like I was an illegal immigrant lol. She has the same characteristics of those same racist old white baby boomers I worked with 20 years ago.
