This company boasts that they are unique, cutting edge and no one can do what they do. Ummm , not true. What they are is arrogant in their beliefs, dishonest with their core values and condescending in their training. Management from GM to Regional are all about creating a work atmosphere of distrust instead of team work, they look for that one employee that will be their snitch which creates resentment amongst all the associates invoking a hostile work environment. Without an HR department there is no safe place for associates to express their concerns having the only alternative being is to quit and management knows this and lets this happen if they don’t like you. They definitely take micro management to a whole other level, in this case they are unique. Yes they pay well, but so do other companies . Corporate is delusional , nothing sold at their stores is that great and people can live without elfa in their lives.
