      Very empowering work culture. You can be responsible of pretty heavy and top-tier work load if you prove yourself trustworthy and learn so much at a very young age. It's almost like a small startup where everyone knows how to do everything, yet it is a giant aerospace company.

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Desventajas

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
