Ventajas
It's a cool small team, with a majority really friend coworkers. There were lots of potential things to learn and directions to grow in. The work presented a lot of opportunities to try interesting ideas. I felt my opinions and ideas were valued, I felt invested in. Work schedule and balance was flexible and accommodating.
Desventajas
Again it's a very small team, so working there requires a lot of self management and self-starter ethic. It can be tough when you're solo and feeling lost in an isolated setting. So it's not really a con, but it's not for every person's work-style.
