Ventajas
Receiving ownership and trust. Still a lot of good things to accomplish and it doesn’t matter if you are there 2 weeks or 10 years: your ideas are valued. Regular updates from management and a pretty transparant company in general. Friendly work environment. You can always ask questions or ask for help. I love the multicultural aspect and international feeling when going to the office in Amsterdam. We are also as employees very well taken care of: elaborate free lunches, snacks and drinks. Free sport activities in the office. Chair messages. There is boat which you can use and good parties / company trip (highlight being a Norway trip).
Desventajas
Some processes are pretty loosely defined causing people can have very different interpretations. Sometimes searching for answers / documentation.
