Ventajas
Absolutely brilliant Engineer's on staff reporting to an industry celebrity of an Architect, all of which are down to earth and happy to transfer knowledge and skill to other Engineers and Support Tech's on the service desk. Zero red tape, and tons of room for advancement and developing both personal and professional skills. Also, supporting other engineer's and MSP's is a huge plus. That said - TetherView offers Regulatory Complaint, Fully Managed, Private Clouds on cutting edge technology coupled with world class support that is cemented in honor, integrity, and considerate design choices that are understanding of the vertical the clients operate in and Engineer's / Tech's must support.
Desventajas
Schedule can be somewhat demanding, some auditing compliance is a bit dated (work in progress), can run somewhat of a skeleton crew at times with high stress situations
