Ventajas
The culture at Tesco is great and there are tons of great people there. Enjoyed my time at Tesco, networking and working with all sorts of people internally and externally. Coming out of college, I was grateful for the opportunities offered. Everyone in the departments are nice and you will never feel like you’re working alone. There’s always support in many ways. They would often fight and back you up.
Desventajas
Throughout my time at Tesco, it was a lot. Learned a lot coming out of college and also got thrown into a lot. People in this industry come and go in tiny ripples or massive waves. Ultimately, the motion of the water was too great to handle and it made it harder for others to complete their portion of work. The pay must be increased more for the people working there. Comparing it to other companies, they make adjustments to wage depending on what’s going on in the world.
