Ventajas
Great environment, collaborative, great benefits, 401k with match and a roth option, interesting work, incredible teammates, transparent communication, people give credit where credit is due, and mostly genuine individuals in leadership. We are given access to a lot of tools to support our work. If you enjoy the chance to use AI, this is a good opp for you.
All in all, not sure what more a reasonable adult could want out of an employer.
Desventajas
Nothing all that specific to Terakeet. Comp could be better. You've also got the usual disgruntled people/few bad apples who blow things out of proportion, which can sometimes bring down the atmosphere. It might be irritating if you happen to have one of those people committed to being a problem/negative on your team, but I think most people here are solutions-oriented and just want to be really good at their job.
