Ventajas
Many people are very smart, helpful, have good ideas, and good intentions.
Desventajas
TD management does not understand the basics of the business, so they can't evaluate their employees. They don't trust the employees, don't show respect, treat people like children, scold for the slightest infraction of their myriad policies. They call us "associates", but there is no profit sharing. Leadership can't communicate effectively the goals, strategies, or upcoming events. There is very poor organization, poor morale, and no room to be creative. There are a lot of open reqs because so many people are leaving, even in this economy which is the worst since 1930's!
