Ventajas
There are some cool benefits like being able to buy additional leave, all day brekky, cool events that they put on and loads of really cool people work there. They give back to the community and encourage health and well-being. There is some flexibility around work hours to ensure you get the right work/life balance. I love the events that happen towards the end of the year. Plenty of perks if you're based in HQ. It can be an innovative, fun and challenging place to work.
Desventajas
The are little/no career advancement options in R&D (unless you're a developer). The culture at TechOne is 'unique' and might be an issue for certain personality types. Limited training is offered. No paid parental leave. It's fast-paced and at times can be overly stressful.
