Ventajas
All the employees working here are very smart, friendly and helpful, always ready to give each other a helping hand. Everyone wants to succeed both personally, and as a whole. I have been given lots of trainings, and am always encouraged to take on new responsibilities and challenges, and to become my better self. It is not a big company, so we get lots of chances to talk with the management team directly and learn from them. I enjoy working here.
Desventajas
Micro-managing is not encouraged here, so you need to be a self-starter and be very self-organizing - which for me is a big plus.
