Ventajas
- Best thing was the amount of support to learn and grow in my career.
- This is different based on tech, but the Android trainers are top notch.
- I always compare based on the alternative, I paid for schooling, I'm getting paid to train here.
- Networking with tons of other engineers
Desventajas
- Obviously there is a catch to paid training. Contracts, others here are unhappy with it, but honestly it seems like a fair trade considering the job market (end of 2025)
- I was in a house that took a bit for them to fix the plumbing, but it did eventually get taken care of.
