      Ventajas

      Lots of very smart people doing very challenging things. Constantly learning new technology. A fun group outside the office too. Lots of travel as long which is good if you like travel.

      Desventajas

      Salaries aren't competitive with the market and bonuses are few and far between. No real training budget either so all training is on your own time with your own resources. Lots of travel which can be tiring after a while.
