Desventajas

It is like any other company's all job/ company's employees have challenged, however there are procedures in place that helps to control those challenges i have not seen anywhere else.

Ventajas

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Desventajas

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
