      Ventajas

      An environment to learn and develop yourself

      Desventajas

      They do not care for their employee they literally underpay, yet make more of the engineers they have a very bad leave policies they talk to engineer badly, especially managers they do not observe public holidays

      Ventajas

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Desventajas

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
