      Learn new things, start without any experience, good colleagues if you are lucky

      Desventajas

      low wages, no stability, fluidity of manpower, bad attitude from the management team. you can be fired if you are not convenient

      Ventajas

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Desventajas

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
