Team concept with great supervisor support and customer first attitude. Culture is more of a family type with all kinds of different clubs and activities. They treat their employee's with "how can I help you succeed" and communication is awesome. All new computers, technology, head sets and desks\chairs. New to USA but expanding with great opportunities. We are new employee's and in training but so far the best place I have worked at in a long time. I have made friends already, not stressful at all, NOT a Call Center. This is world class customer support with a fresh attitude towards the workplace being clean, organized, and HR is the best.
