      Relaxed environment. Positive and supportive culture. Challenging knowledge-based work. Encourages innovation and change. Energetic and enthusiastic management team. Unlimited potential to progress in position and responsibility.

      Desventajas

      Must thrive on constant change because the company is growing quickly and evolving towards excellence. Some support infrastructure is non-existent or immature. Expectations are high given entry level pay rates.

      Ventajas

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Desventajas

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
