      Ventajas

      They are willing to take and train people. They are cultivating a creative, caring, and exciting culture. So far, everyone works very well together and actually cares for one another as co-workers, teammates, and friends. I for one am very excited to see where this company will be in the future.

      Desventajas

      Hard to really think of any. Processes are still being created and the culure is all about thinking outside the box. May not be the right place for some people.

      Ventajas

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Desventajas

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
