Ventajas

- Unlimited PTO (which half the people don't take) - They pay for your health insurance - Co-workers are helpful and nice

Desventajas

- Many non-tech people are unhappy about the last review cycle. Raises and bonuses were less than the previous year despite the company having a record year. - Non-tech teams work on weekends and on the "mandatory" day off each month. Meanwhile some engineers brag about how much free time they have during the week. - If you like getting constantly pinged on Slack, this is the job for you. - Everyone is my department is over this job. - They're going to force everyone into a hybrid model soon. - They're paying outsiders more than people who get promoted into the same role. - Half the people in management roles have poor people skills and only care about hitting the company goals. - The company has a very frat-like culture. If you're not outgoing or extroverted, you are never gonna grow here and you are going to be ignored.

Thank you for the time you took to provide us feedback. We’d like to highlight some key items to ensure that you have a clear understanding: 1. Tatari prides itself on the culture it has built, including winner of Inc. Magazine Best Workplace for 3 consecutive years, amongst many others. We are committed to providing strong and competitive compensation and benefits (total rewards) packages to our employees. 2. Pay and equity at Tatari are aligned, and sometimes above, market. In addition, annual raises and bonuses are significant at Tatari for the many employees who have outperformed versus their peers; for ones who do not have the same experience, it’s a result of underperformance. 3. Our founders and executive team is comprised of previous founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups like Shazam, TrueCar, and AdapTV, as well as larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, and Stripe. We do not promote friends; it is the exact opposite–leaders at Tatari (director or VP level) have typically worked at the company for 2+ years before they are put in key leadership positions on the basis of merit. 4. We have launched a series of management training courses to further improve leadership and managerial skills. We have also recently implemented a new robust HRIS system, along with clearly stated career leveling and growth path for each Tatarian. If you are still with Tatari, we encourage you to reach out to senior management or HR, and provide honest and constructive feedback. It’s healthier than dragging your colleagues through the mud and providing misinformation for others to make an informed decision as to whether Tatari is right for them.

Ventajas

Of all the companies I've worked for Tatari has fostered the best culture The TV-centric focus positions us well in the marketplace as many of our clients know the social platforms but not TV at all The product is world-class and makes it's simple to gather key campaign details in seconds while also making campaign execution doable for folks with little to no prior media buying experience

Desventajas

Lots of internal admin requirements like filling in spreadsheets to provide client updates No pay bands for newly created positions The days feel long at times where it feels like you can't leave your desk, especially when client meetings are scheduled
