Non-descript perks such as: -the occasional free lunch/booze -decent Manhattan office/location

Desventajas

Following major layoffs, the COO also functions as "HR". Since he has little idea of how the product works or what anyone does, it is unlikely that he has anything to offer by way of human resources. Hence, alcoholism and sexual harassment are completely overlooked at this company. Run, don't walk.
