Ventajas

Salaries are fairly competitive and working remotely is sometimes a good experience--at least if you are not in proximity of an office, for now until remote workers are no longer employed as the trend moves.

Desventajas

Benefits are abysmal. They try to sell you on stock options but it's toilet pater at the moment and you pay tax on it so it's basically a net loss especially since the value halved in recent years.
