It was hilarious to see this post "" “Great place to work!! ”'""by some solutions Architect. There is no one like this FYI. This is posted by the management itself and not any employee of the company. This is done to back fill the positions post the appraisal effect. Ridiculous. This is not at all true...Please do not go by such reviews. One should judge by majority of the reviews posted here before even considering an interview call from here. So please don't waste or invest your time in joining here. Joining here will ruin your career. There are other product software companies which are successful. so look for such greener pastures which have a very positive outlook.
Desventajas
Its not a good company to serve as it does add any value to your profile.You have nothing new to learn from the leaders here as they have a hopeless group sitting there medium and long term. They are recognized because there is awards plan which was an initiative by the HR. So they had to simply pick people for this in order to implement this plan. All new gimmicks. This is a very honest advice. Do not waste your precious time and effort working here.
