      Ventajas

      -The team is very supportive and inclusive. They bring great energy to the office. -Opportunities to take initiative and pitch creative ideas. -Company has really good benefits and bosses often come up with special incentives to motivate us to hit our KPI.

      Desventajas

      -No WFH/hybrid option available even though our work can be done remotely. But coming into the office really builds the momentum.

      Ventajas

      The management is very understanding and genuinely listens to employees' opinions and feelings. The team is fun and collaborative, with a strong and positive culture. The commission scheme is fair and more rewarding than what many competitors offer. Highly recommended!
