Thanks for your comments and give us opportunity to improve. Our mission is to be a great place to work, that is why we do open monthly meetings and answer all your questions there. With same objective, Human Capital did personal meetings from March to July with all of you, emphasising the points of what would you like to improve and what do you like the most. Another opportunity you had to express your concerns, as you may know, was to share your thoughts with your Team Lead in your personal meeting. In order to improve our company and your well-being at work, we will be very happy if you can use these meetings to go through more detailed actions. I'm very sorry if you feel how you are commenting here, we will try to change this situation, but so far in all the meetings we have had we have not received any similar opinion, so we kindly encourage you to also provide the feedback to your corresponding Team Leads and/or Human Capital so we can improve faster.
