Ventajas

It was my first job. Never did i imagine that i'd be hired by Teletech, a very prestigious company. and never did i imagine that having a job would be fun. A very warm atmosphere would welcome you. I never thought that my first job would be this amazing. I had the most understanding and smart trainor. You would never be left behind. Though i never really lasts long in Teletech (due to my sickness), i could say that they are the best BPO company.

Desventajas

There are no downside at Teletech. Everything is amazing in its own way.

Ventajas

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Desventajas

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Ventajas

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Desventajas

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
