      Ventajas

      A brand name in the BPO's A flourishing business with lots of revenue generating company keeping their clients happy International business is better then the domestic one

      Desventajas

      No career development of the employees the grievances of the employees are not taken care of No growth for the employees working for more then 1-2 years No freedom to work with own style each and every thing is imposed on the employee All work; no fun No work life balance

      Ventajas

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Desventajas

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
