Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately it's of no value since it's inaccurate. Less than 5% of our workforce are foreign nationals, and we hire them because they are willing to move to West Texas in exchange for U.S. Visa sponsorship and growth opportunities. We do appreciate this wealth of talent, however it's very expensive since we pay for both the attorney fees and sponsorship for these team members just to enter the Visa lottery. If they are not selected their first year, we pay for additional submissions in following years. We find that foreign nationals offer new perspectives and add to our diverse culture, so the cost is well worth it. If you are an actual current employee, I would encourage you to get to know some of these team members, the struggles they faced in getting here, and how we as a company are working to support them in their new home.
