      Ventajas

      Pros is a 9/80 schedule where you have every other Friday Off.

      Desventajas

      Management is not on your side. They are arrogant and will speak to their workers any kind of way without any repercussions. Going to HR will not help. They are there to protect the company and not the employee. I was threatened by an employee and reported to my manager and nothing was ever done.
