The freedom and power to make self decisions is what my company SysTools gave me. I am very happy working with such a team, where you are treated as part of the team.

I liked each and every thing about SysTools.

I have seen a bad environment in Systool. The company gives tea and snacks to all employees. But new joining employee is not given tea and snacks. Even if someone comes at our home we offer tea and snacks with respect along with water , mostly we don't differentiate in any guest as Indian culture.

nothing great to join .they treat new employees badly and value only old employees.No respect and care for ne joiner.
