Ventajas
There is none whatsoever apart from the thing that there isn't strict adherence to meet deadlines so you can work freely as per your own individual pace.
Desventajas
The company hired me and informed they would be considering me for 4 posts one of which was a Web Analyst. They said there would be an evaluation after completion of 6 months and I would be assigned the post accordingly. But after the 6 months of probation all they did was hand me the post of SEO which was completely unexpected and they did not provide training related to any actual skill other than digital marketing which was not mentioned at all during the hiring process. Also all the positive reviews on this site for this company are all fake and they ask the employees who have completed their 6 months, to write and first show the reviews to the management so that it can be posted. Such is the so called transparent policy of this company.
