Ventajas

Lots of pros! Here are a few: -The product is constantly improving... new interface/concept is awesome! -I can make individual impact and see tangible results -I have freedom to do what I believe is best for the company -I am trusted, and I don't have to meticulously clock or charge hours -My superior(s) are always in touch and easy to reach :)

Desventajas

Not a ton of cons, but here are a few: -At times, I feel we change our minds about what we want, and end up running in different directions.... but this is the nature of a start up! -Sometimes our processes sometimes seem less systematic than other companies I've worked at.... but again, this is the nature of a start up! We are getting better at creating processes, so we just need to keep following them :).

Thank you. I really appreciate you taking time and writing about your experience at SysCloud. As you pinned it down, yes it's a startup environment and we are growing with increasing number of challenges every day and are adopting quickly to these changes. It's really good to have you in our team.
