      Ventajas

      A diverse client base allows access to different sectors and industries. Having to support different solutions for different clients really helped to boost the technologies list and experience. People were great and supportive and I had plenty of opportunities to both learn as well as teach important skills. Also got to travel to client sites often which is always a nice change.

      Desventajas

      There were a few teething issues but nothing really noteworthy. Sometimes you end up having to go to a "boring" client site, but that comes with the nature of the job. Thankfully, it wasn't a permanent thing.

      Exposure to M365 and very cloud solutions focused

      Desventajas

      Really hard to give any negative feedback, overall its a decent place to work

      Ventajas

      I had the opportunity to work with a friendly team, had continued support from management, the company provided flexible working, and Syntax are always looking to improve employee benefits.

      Desventajas

      Not really a con, but the work levels can build up from time to time, however this is expected working within a fast paced MSP. As long as you work hard, you will see the rewards.
