The culture at Synergist is so inclusive and fun! There are various opportunities for employees to get involved in different activities like free lunch Thursdays, where employees can chose to meet at the office and eat the provided lunch together. There are also some employees that get together and play an online game called Blood on the ClockTower certain days of the month. The benefits are very competitive and I would recommend Synergist any day of the week, hands down.

In my opinion there aren't any cons

The people here at Synergist are great in every sense of the word. From technical ability to soft skills: they are excellent at work and it is fun to spend time with them outside of the office! Employees are empowered to go forth and achieve. Contract/job transfer is available and encouraged. Whatever your goals, Synergist is there to enable you to be the best you can be. Money is good. Benefits are good. Lunch every Thursday allows employees to connect that otherwise might not. Corporate events have been known to be legendary. Retention is near perfect for a reason.

There are literally no negatives to working here.
