Swisscom is a great company for beginner/junior developers looking to found their beginner career. It is an organization in tranzition to a modern agile structure. It's generally a low challenge, some new and old technologies mixed, with lots of meetings and Scrum/Agile/SAFe applied. Great respect for employees and people's opinion in general Goes above and beyond to make newcomers and new migrants in the country feel at home - especially in times of Corona Great office in Rotterdam Great work/life balance
Desventajas
Low technical challenge, little room for technology change, lots of calls and too heavy SAFe. You have little time for development with different other responsibilities such as testing as a DEV - there are no QA engineers, so you will be required to handle that as well
