Ventajas
Great work environment and team. Company and management really seem to be focused on how you can develop as an employee and you sincerely feel that they have your back- a rare scenario in today's workforce. The position challenges you and allows you to grow, while at the same time you feel like you're promoting a product you genuinely have confidence in. The team I'm on has experienced rapid growth over the past few years, so it's nice to be caught up the success and growth of the team and the product.
Desventajas
It's not much of a con, but there are issues that come along with growth, just nailing down a few of the processes/ protocols. It's a good challenge to have.
