Ventajas

The work is fair and well compensated for. There is a team of HR and Upper management constantly fighting for better insurance coverage/competitive pay and job advancement for all employees. I have never felt my concerns were push to the side and my immediate co-workers are amazing. Everyone pulls their own weight and supports each other. It is an incredibly positive, healthy work environment.

Desventajas

Vast majority of employees are work from home (which is wonderful) but promotes isolation between departments.

Our team members are an important key to the success at Surgical Notes and we enjoy taking the time to recognize the efforts of each team member whether this be during our quarterly All Hands call or organically through team meetings. A remote work environment can promote feelings of isolation so our team provides opportunities through out the year to build better connections whether it be through a talent show or attendance for a mental health webinar having a strong team is a priority at Surgical Notes. Ventajas

Teamwork, Empathy, Support, Friendship, Growth, are only a few words that reminds me of working at Surgical Notes. I enjoyed the entire 17 yrs!

Desventajas

The doors to the Dallas office were closed.

Remote work is the only pro

Desventajas

The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
