We are very proud of the training program that our Learning and Development team has created for our Revenue Cycle Representatives. In addition to new team members that have had positive experiences, we have also received great feedback from current team members who appreciated the opportunity to further improve the understanding of the revenue cycle processes.
Our compensation and benefits are aligned with the industry and is reviewed yearly utilizing industry data. Additionally, the EVP has a highly regarded background in Revenue Cycle with the desire to ensure every team member has the opportunity to succeed. The Talent Acquisition team responsible for screening potential employees also meets with the management team yearly to ensure we are finding team members who can be successful in their career at Surgical Notes. Our monthly turnover in RCM did increase to 8% in March, but has been much lower at 3% since then.
