      Desventajas

      The american team are pretty useless and not very knowledgeable, not to mention their attitude to work is rather poor. Some seniors aren't as approachable and don't deal well with confrontation on their code. Some also bypass the coding standards entirely. Not enough parking spaces with no room to solve this issue.

      - If you don't learn to make the work life balance work for you, it can be exhausting. But you'll also be given lots of support with this if you ask for it.
