      Ventajas

      In all honesty there were no pros

      Desventajas

      - Company is not based in NY - Illegally ran out of a residential home in Princeton NJ - Free work is expected (no overtime) (some work doesn't count towards weekly quota if it is not considered "Billable") - Very low Pay for the area and field - Steadily losing Clients - Wrong job titles to justify low pay (engineers are considered "solutions specialist") - Owners are cultured but very naive and not very intelligent

      Ventajas

      Family Friendly and Team Focused Very focused on quality and care for customers and staff Very different approach to service than I had doing tech support before Learned about many different types of systems and deployments

      Desventajas

      Can be hectic and some large projects are not as well organized as they should be The owners focus only on cloud computing and instead of onsite servers where I get to see customers more
