Ventajas
Not anything I can think of, perhaps you can use the sister company MyTectra's coaching for certification training but either the CEO will not allow that, or he will ask you to pay for it. But even their coaching is not great enough to actually be helpful
Desventajas
1. CEO is not interested in this company, has another one called MyTectra where he gets enough money by providing mediocre coaching, also has a pickle business from where he has money coming in. 2. No leadership to build a team, will put a random group of young/no-experience engineers and ask them to work on a project with no management. Still expects results 3. Pay is rubbish, not only that, there is issues such as cheques bouncing with even small amounts on these cheques 4. No clarity on number of leaves and your salary will be cut if you take a leave out of designated holidays 5. Have to sit in the office for fixed number of hours(9) minimum even if you finish work early Conclusion: Please do not be tempted to work here even if you have no solution. They will not pay you, nor will they let you improve your skills. There is no guide for anything here.
