Hopefully you are still working with us and have seen that based on feedback from our team we have recently made significant changes to our management team. These changes are still in the early stages but the positive impact has already been noticeable. This year we’ve seen tremendous growth that has exceeded our projections and stretched our resources across all departments. We remain committed to bringing in the right people into the right positions so that everyone can enjoy a better balance. I’m extremely concerned about your comment regarding not being given incentives that you earned. One of our most important operating principles is “We deliver what we promise when we promise it” and that applies to our team just as much if not more than it applies to our clients. If you met an incentive objective and did not receive the proper compensation that you were promised, I encourage you to utilize our open door policy to report this issue so we can resolve it in a timely manner.
