      Ventajas

      - Good exposure to a range of skill sets from different students of different capabilities - Manager was great she helped with constructive feedback

      Desventajas

      - Pay is quite bad at £8/hr and does require quite a bit of evaluation of student etc which would be more reasonable at a higher pay

      some kids were very nice

      Desventajas

      no breaks Teaching multiple students at one time. This would not have been a problem if all students being taught had the same ability or subject. At one time I had to teach a year 4, 8 and 11 students with all different abilities and different subjects. Bad management Bad hours No progression Told you would be paid more after intro period - was a lie
