Ventajas

The roof keeps you dry, and there’s coffee. You’ll gain plenty of experience doing other people’s jobs, especially when they leave and no one replaces them. It’s also great if you’re interested in pushing the limits of what you think burnout feels like.

Desventajas

Management is completely out of touch with reality. They have no clue how to treat employees or how to run a business in 2025. There’s no real support, and you’re basically expected to just “deal with it.” Work-life balance is non-existent, and the salaries are insulting compared to the market. There are no real career opportunities unless you count inheriting someone else’s unfinished work after they quit. There’s no strategy, no leadership, and certainly no recognition for hard work. If you’re competent, you’re punished with more responsibilities, not promotions. And if you raise concerns? Prepare to be ignored or gaslighted. It honestly feels like you’d need a prophet, not a manager, to fix this place.

Ventajas

Great location near the gym and shops, so it's easy to de-stress after work.

Desventajas

Management frequently makes decisions without proper planning, and when things go wrong, they tend to place the blame on the under-resourced support team instead of owning up to their mistakes. The company also seems to prioritize non-technical roles over critical functions like the service desk, which is essential for keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a small team, this misallocation of resources made it difficult to maintain efficiency and meet the needs of the business. Despite claims of a "great work culture," I never saw it in practice. From what I have observed and heard this company historically struggles with talent retention, which leads to gaps in continuity and a single point of failure in key areas/LoB.
